MEDCLS parameter must be specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When you specify a number using the EXPMED parameter, you must also specify a name using the MEDCLS parameter. The values you supply are used by CHKEXPBRM to ensure that the specified amount and type of expired media exists.
Recovery . . . : Specify the name of a media class, or specify *MEDPCY using the EXPMED parameter and specify a media policy name using the MEDPCY parameter.
