Migration not performed, no eligible ASPs.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Migration operations cannot be done unless two or more eligible ASPs exist.
Recovery . . . : Use Work with ASP Descriptions (WRKASPBRM) to make additional ASPs eligible, and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Each ASP must have the elgibility indicator enabled and be assigned to an ASP class.
