Device cannot be added.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A device of category *NET or *APPC cannot be added because the TSM (ADSM) Application Client API is not installed on this system.
Recovery . . . : Use the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command specifying LICPGM(5733197) and try the request again.
