Object list &1 contains libraries that could not be saved.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Object list &1 contains libraries that could not be saved to a device of category *APPC or *NET. Only user libraries other than QGPL, QUSRSYS or QUSRBRM can be saved using this type of device.
Recovery . . . : Remove the list entry and try the request again.
