BRMS is not registered to the Media Storage Extensions feature.

Cause . . . . . : BRMS is currently not registered with the Media Storage Extensions feature. Registration is required to continue with media operations using BRMS.
Recovery . . . : Use Work with Registration Information (WRKREGINF) command to review the program currently registered with exit point QIBM_QTA_TAPE_TMS. Remove any program registered to this exit point and add program Q1ARTMS in library QBRM to the exit point. Try the request again.
