Access denied for unregistered function.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Access is denied for the requested function for user &1. The function &4 is not currently registered with the system. No access is allowed to a function without the function being correctly registered with the system.
Recovery . . . : To register BRMS functions with the system, do one of the following and try the request again:
-- INZBRM OPTION(*DATA)
-- Run BRMS maintenance
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The function &2 is not registered. The function &3 should be defined to the system to control usage to the function.
