Device &25 failed. Recovery ended. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Recovery limits for device &25 have been exceeded or recovery was ended.
Recovery . . . : Contact the remote system operator and confirm that the remote system configuration parameters agree with the configuration. If an error is detected or the remote system operator indicates a necessary repair, make the appropriate corrections.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again for device &25 as defined by the communications recovery limit (QCMNRCYLMT) system value.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Either the activate logical unit (ACTLU) SNA command received was not expected, or the number of SNA data frames received, that were not processed, exceeds the allowable limit. The error code is &33.
