Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The inserted diskette volume label indicates the diskette is secured. Operator is not authorized to process files on this diskette. To try the request again, get authorization from the system security officer to process the data on this diskette.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel processing.
-- Load a different diskette and type R to try the operation again.
-- Type INZ to initialize this diskette. It will not be secured.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the diskette file processing
R -- Retry the operation
INZ -- Initialize the inserted diskette.
