System cannot call out on controller &24. Connection list entry error. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Connection List Entry &41 contains a remote number with a length of zero.
Recovery . . . : Correct the remote number in connection list entry &41 of connection list &40 (WRKCNNLE command).
Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the dial attempt. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the call has been canceled. This option is not valid once the connection has been made.
R -- Retry the dial attempt. This option is not valid once the connection has been made.
