Controller &24 on line &23 not contacted. Local configuration problem. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote system has called in on a line that is not in the switched line list (SWTLINLST parameter) of the controller description.
Recovery . . . : Contact the remote system operator to make the call on a line that is in the switched line list of the correct controller, or add this line to the switched line list of the correct controller.
Then do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel recovery and to inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
-- Type R to try the operation one more time.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel.
R -- Try again one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The error code is &40: The line description is not in the switched line list of the controller description.
