Network interface &30 failed. Local configuration problem. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal system limit has been reached.
Recovery . . . : Vary off all network interfaces that are not in use on input/output processor (IOP) &26. In the future, the network interfaces may have to be distributed differently to balance the load. This will require moving hardware and configuring the system again.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again as defined by the system communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) configured for network interface &30.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40: The architected limit for the number of network interfaces and lines that can be attached to the internal data bus has been reached.
