Job description specified in work station entry cannot be used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the job description was not found, the subsystem was not able to allocate it, or it was damaged.
Recovery . . . : If either the job description was not found or it was damaged, create it (CRTJOBD command). Otherwise, sign on and transfer the job again when the job description is available.
