File &1 sent to &2 users. Not sent to &3 users.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 was sent to &2 users, using the Send Network Spooled File (SNDNETSPLF) command. The file was not sent to &3 users because they had distributions that were not correct.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in the job log to determine the cause of the error. Correct the error, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For distributions sent to local users, the spooled file has been successfully delivered to the users. For remote users, the spooled file has successfully been placed into the SNADS network for distribution to the destination systems. The sequence number assigned to the distribution is &4.
