Cause . . . . . : You are attempting to compile a CL program or module for a target release earlier than &3, and your source member includes a command qualified with the special value &2. &2 is not supported prior to &3.
Recovery . . . : Change your source member so that you do not use &2 or specify a target release of &3 or later.
