Variable &2 is referred to but not declared.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The variable &2 is referred to but not declared in the control language (CL) program.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
1) Check the spelling of the variable name or add a declare (DCL command) for the variable to the CL source program.
2) If the program was created, delete it.
3) Try the CRTCLPGM command again.
