Value &3 for &2 must be &4 characters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value &3 for &2 must be &4 characters in length. If the parameter value specified is not a special value, it must conform to the length specified in the command definition. The number of digits in a hexadecimal value must be two times the length.
Recovery . . . : Change the length of the value or change the value to one of the special values defined for the parameter. More information on parameters can be found in the CL topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/.
