Cause . . . . . : The keyword in the CTL parameter of the PMTCTL statement refers to a PARM statement that refers to the PMTCTL statement.
Recovery . . . : Either change the CTL parameter of the PMTCTL statement, or change the PMTCTL parameter on the PARM statement to refer to another PMTCTL statement.
