DCLF with OPNID parameter &1 declared previously.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The OPNID value specified on each DCLF statement must be unique.
Recovery . . . : Remove one of the conflicting file declarations or change the OPNID parameter on one or both declarations so they are different, and then try compiling the CL procedure again.
