Storage &1 not allowed for variable passed into program.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The storage for a variable that is being passed into a control language (CL) program is either based or defined. Variables of this type can not be based or defined. The value specified for the STG keyword as well as the BASPTR, DEFVAR, and ADDRESS keywords are ignored if specified.
Recovery . . . : Remove the STG keyword or specify STG(*AUTO) on the DCL command.
