Cause . . . . . : The value on command parameter &5 for device entry &6 contained in file &1 in library &2 is not supported on &7.
Recovery . . . : Use the Change ICF Device Entry (CHGICFDEVE) command for program device entry &6 to change the command parameter value for &5 to one that is supported on &7. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The value &3 is not supported on the &5 parameter.
