Initial value does not match variable type and length.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The initial value specified is not valid for the specified type or length. The command was ignored.
Recovery . . . : Change the initial value (VALUE parameter). If the control language (CL) program was created, delete it (DLTPGM command). Then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
