Character attributes of variable &1 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file specified in the FILE parameter of the Declare File (DCLF) command contains either a character field that is longer than 9999 or a variable length character field that is longer than 9997.
Recovery . . . : Either change the length of the field in the file definition; specify a different file on the DCLF command; or change the RCDFMT parameter on the DCLF command so that it does not refer to the format containing the field that is not valid. Then try the Create CL Program (CRTCLPGM) command again.
