Cause . . . . . : A DBCS variable length field was found, but the ALWVARLEN parameter on the DCLF command was specified as *NO.
Recovery . . . : Specify ALWVARLEN(*YES) on the DCLF command, or specify a file or record format that does not contain variable length fields.
