Record format &1 not found in DCLF command.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Declare File (DCLF) command referenced a record format that does not exist.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, then try the Create Control Language Program (CRTCLPGM) command again:
-- Change the record format name in the RCDFMT parameter of the DCLF command.
-- Ensure that the record format name is one of the first 99 specified in RCDFMT parameter.
-- Change the record format name.
-- Remove the RCDFMT parameter.
