WHEN command found after OTHERWISE command.

Cause . . . . . : The WHEN command appears after an OTHERWISE command in this SELECT group. All WHEN commands for a SELECT group must precede the OTHERWISE command.
Recovery . . . : Move the WHEN command in front of the OTHERWISE command for this SELECT group. Then try compiling the CL procedure again.
