Label &1 is not valid for &2 command.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The label &1 specified on the &2 command must be associated with an active DOWHILE, DOUNTIL, or DOFOR group. Label &1 must be specified on a blank line with no other commands between it and the intended DO group or on the same line as the intended DO group. More than one label may be specified for a DO group by placing the labels on a blank line prior to the intended DO group.
Recovery . . . : Change the program to ensure the &1 label is matched to an active DOWHILE, DOUNTIL, or DOFOR group or specify a different label. Then try compiling the CL procedure again.
