Changes not allowed when APPC controllers varied on.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Values for local network ID, default local location name, local control point name, Allow HPR transport tower, or node type cannot be changed because there are APPC controllers with APPN(*YES) that are varied on.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Configuration Status command (WRKCFGSTS) to vary off the APPC controllers. Then try the Change Network Attributes command (CHGNETA) again.
