*MONTHSTR or *MONTHEND not valid with *WEEKLY frequency.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Specifying the first day of the month (*MONTHSTR) or the last day of the month (*MONTHEND) for the schedule date (SCDDATE parameter) is not valid when a value of *WEEKLY is specified for the frequency (FRQ parameter).
Recovery . . . : Change the value for the schedule date (SCDDATE parameter) or the frequency (FRQ parameter), and then try your request again.
