INLJOBS must be less than or equal to MAXJOBS.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value of the initial jobs (INLJOBS) parameter must be less than or equal to the value of the maximum number of jobs (MAXJOBS) parameter.
Recovery . . . : If the error occurred on the Change Prestart Job Entry (CHGPJE) command, you can view the values for these parameters using the Display Subsystem Description (DSPSBSD) command. Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Make the INLJOBS parameter less than or equal to the MAXJOBS parameter.
-- Make the MAXJOBS parameter greater than or equal to the INLJOBS parameter.
-- Change both parameters to ensure that the INLJOBS parameter is less than or equal to the MAXJOBS parameter.
