Performance statistics not reported for some ending threads.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Performance monitor &3/&2/&1 could not report statistics for some ending secondary threads.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The rate of secondary thread statistics collection temporarily exceeded a system limit. This could be due to some application creating large numbers of threads by mistake. Determine the primary thread(s) responsible by analyzing the records in the QAPMJOBS file member &4 in library &5.
