Message : CPD0C36
Coded character set identifier (CCSID) conversion error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Directory &7 is missing and is assumed to be an error in product &1 release &2 option &3 load &4. An exit program could not verify the error condition because the directory name could not be converted from CCSID &5 to CCSID &6. The directory name &7 may include substitution characters for characters that are not present in the character set for CCSID &6.
Recovery . . . : The original CCSID value is &8. Do one of the following:
-- If the original CCSID value is -1, then the CCSID could not be determined. Contact the software provider for product &1 to determine the CCSID value to use while running the Check Product Option (CHKPRDOPT) command.
-- Otherwise, change the job CCSID to &8 and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The verification exit program for the product load determines whether specific directories are allowed to be missing. The exit program requires the directory path name to be specified in the CCSID of the current job (in this case, &6). Because the CCSID conversion was not possible, the CHKPRDOPT command could not pass the directory name to the exit program for validation. The missing directory is assumed to be an error in the product.
