Release &5 of &1 *BASE not valid with release &2 of &1 option &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Release &2 of product &1 option &3 load &4 requires a minimum release of &6 for product &1 *BASE.
Recovery . . . : Use the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command to restore a release of product &1 *BASE that is compatible with product &1 release &2 option &3 load &4. Release &6 or a more recent release may be compatible.
