Program &1 was found in temporary library.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Program &1 is in the temporary library (QTEMP), but only programs in permanent libraries are valid in subsystem description entries.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a specific library name (PGM parameter) for the program.
-- Move the program to a permanent library (MOVOBJ command).
