File &1 not found in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file &1 was not found. Possible causes are:
-- The file does not exist.
-- The file does not exist in the specified library.
-- The file exists but is in an independent auxiliary storage pool (ASP). The file must exist in the system ASP or a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : Create the file, or if the file or library name is not correct, change the file or library name (SGNDSPF parameter). Then try the request again.
