Initial library list conflict.

Cause . . . . . : A library in the initial library list was not found in the library name space defined by auxiliary storage pool (ASP) group &1.
When the Submit Job (SBMJOB) command is used to submit a job that will run with a library name space that is different from the library name space of the job issuing the SBMJOB command, SYSLIBL(*CURRENT), CURLIB(*CURRENT), and INLLIBL(*CURRENT) must not refer to any library that is not in the library name space of the submitted job.
Recovery . . . : Remove the library name from the initial library list or create the library in the ASP group, in the system ASP, or in a basic user ASP.
When using the Submit Job (SBMJOB) command and when the library name space of the submitted job and the library name space of the job issuing the SBMJOB command contain libraries with the same name, specify the libraries by name rather than using *CURRENT. Library names specified for the SYSLIBL, CURLIB, or INLLIBL parameter refer to libraries in the library name space of the submitted job. *CURRENT refers to libraries in the library name space of the job issuing the SBMJOB command.
