Cause . . . . . : The value for system value &1 is determined by the year offset associated with the time zone specified in the system value QTIMZON.
Recovery . . . : Change system value QTIMZON to the name of a time zone description object that contains the correct year offset information for your system. The QLEAPADJ value is calculated automatically based on the year offset value.
