Occurrence of day in month must be specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the backup for any day is *MONTHLY or *WEEKMONTH, you must also specify when that day occurs in the month that you want backup to run. For example, you could specify 2 for the second Saturday of the month.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value for the Occurrence of day in month to run monthly backup field.
