Object &1 type *&2 cannot be created into library QTEMP.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to create an object of type *&2 into library QTEMP. Objects of type *&2 cannot exist in a temporary library.
Recovery . . . : Change the TOLIB parameter on the Create Duplicate Object (CRTDUPOBJ) command. Then try the command again.
