Object *ALLUSR or *IBM allowed only if object type is *LIB.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either *ALLUSR or *IBM was specified for the object and the object type is not a library. OBJ(*ALLUSR) or OBJ(*IBM) can only be specified when the object type is *LIB, OBJTYPE(*LIB).
Recovery . . . : Either specify object type *LIB or an object other than *ALLUSR or *IBM. Then try the command again.
