Password cannot be set to expired.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The password cannot be set to expired (PWDEXP(*YES)) because a password was not specified (PASSWORD(*NONE)) in the user profile or the password is not being managed locally (LCLPWDMGT(*NO)).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- Specify a password on the PASSWORD parameter.
-- Specify that the password is managed locally (LCLPWDMGT(*YES)).
-- Do not specify a value on the PWDEXP parameter.
