If SENDERFMT is *LONG, MSGQ must be *PGMQ or blank.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : *LONG was specified for the SENDERFMT parameter when a value other than *PGMQ or blanks was specified for the MSGQ parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either change the SENDERFMT parameter value to *SHORT or change to receive the message from a call stack entry message queue.
