Switch setting allowed only for local non-ASCII devices.

Cause . . . . . : Switch setting (SWTSET parameter) can be specified only if the device class (DEVCLS parameter) is local (*LCL) and the device type is not ASCII.
Recovery . . . : Remove the switch setting (SWTSET parameter) value specified. Then try the request again.
