Location address allowed only for remote and SNA pass-through devices.

Cause . . . . . : The location address (LOCADR parameter) can be specified only if device class (DEVCLS parameter) is remote (*RMT) or SNA pass-through (*SNPT).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the location address. Then try the request again.
