Device must be single session when local address not 00.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the local address (LOCADR parameter) is not 00, *YES must be specified for single session device (SNGSSN parameter).
Recovery . . . : Change the local address (LOCADR parameter) to 00 or change single session device (SNGSSN parameter) to *YES. Then try the request again.
