Separator character not valid for blocking type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value cannot be specified for the separator character (SEPCHAR parameter) unless a value of *SEP is specified for the blocking type (BLOCK parameter).
Recovery . . . : If a separator character value is required, change the blocking type to *SEP. If a separator character value is not required, remove the separator character value. Then try the request again.
