Transmit in transparent mode not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value of *YES is not allowed for the transmit in transparent mode (TRNSPY parameter) with either the truncate trailing blanks (TRUNC parameter) value specified or the compress and decompress data (DTACPR parameter) value specified.
Recovery . . . : Either change the transmit in transparent mode value to *NO, or make sure that the values specified for truncate trailing blanks and data compression and decompression are *NO. Then try the request again.
