Trailing characters not valid when EOR character is 00.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of trailing characters (EORTBL parameter) specified for an associated end-of-record (EOR) character of 00 was greater than 0.
Recovery . . . : Change either the number of trailing characters to 0 or the associated end-of-record character to a value other than 00. Then try the command again.
