IOP reset not valid when varying on controller &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Reset (RESET parameter) value can only be specified as *YES for local controllers when varying on a controller.
Recovery . . . : Remove the reset (RESET parameter) value specified or change the object name (CFGOBJ parameter). Then try the command again.
