Cause . . . . . : For twinaxial printers, the font identifier (FONT parameter) and form feed type (FORMFEED parameter) can be changed only when the device is varied off, varied on pending, varied on, or active if the printer has not yet been printed to.
For ASCII printers, the font identifier (FONT parameter) can be changed only when the device is varied off, varied on pending, varied on, or active if the printer has not yet been printed to. The form feed type (FORMFEED parameter) and number of drawers (NBRDRAWER parameter) can be changed only when the device is varied off.
Recovery . . . : Wait until &1 is not in use and try the request again.
