Line row &2 cost per byte not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The minimum cost per byte for line row &2 is greater than the maximum cost per byte for the same row. The minimum cost per byte must be less than or equal to the maximum cost per byte within the same row.
Recovery . . . : Specify a minimum cost per byte for line row &2 that is less than or equal to the maximum cost per byte for line row &2, and then try the command again.
